Free shipping to the Lower 48. Every knife ships free anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Ships the next business day. Orders placed on a business day go out the next business day from our shop in Kentucky. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the following business day.
Tracked with USPS. We ship with USPS and email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery times are up to USPS, especially around the holidays, so we recommend ordering early.
Packed by collectors. We’re collectors too, and we know what these knives mean to you. Every order ships in a sturdy box with secure padding. We never use flimsy envelopes.
Inspected before it ships. Every knife goes through a 5-point inspection before it leaves the shop, so it arrives exactly as pictured and described.
Guaranteed authentic. Every Wild Horse Custom piece by J. Kidd is signed, numbered, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Factory knives ship in their original Case XX, Buck, or maker packaging, as listed.
Returns
We want you to love every knife you buy from us. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
To qualify for a return, the knife must be:
- Unused, unsharpened, and unaltered
- In its original packaging, with any Certificate of Authenticity, pouch, tin, or paperwork included
Contact us before you send anything back so we can give you the return address. Once we receive and inspect the knife, we’ll refund your original payment method.
