How long will my order take to be processed?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped USPS. Please allow 3-8 days for delivery.
I purchased one of your knives second hand it is missing a COA. Can I get a duplicate?
We use to issue missing COAs, but started seeing people try and pass off fakes with our Certificates of Authenticity. This can be a desirable piece for collectors, so please keep your certificates because we do not reissue them.
How can I return products?
You will receive an email with your order. You can request a return by replying to the order email.
I cannot find my order email?
Check your spam folder. Please save your order emails after placing an order, they are the only way customers can contact Wild Horse Custom Knives.
Can I get a knife designed to my specifications?
At this time we currently don’t take custom orders.
Wild Horse Custom Knives is located in the beautiful mountains of Kentucky. We currently don’t have a store front open to the public.
How can I use my loyalty rewards points?
You will be given the option to use your loyalty rewards points at checkout.
How long do I have to request an exchange or refund?
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund. Wild Horse Custom Knives inspects each and knife that leaves our facilities. We reserve the right to deny service to any customer we believe is being frivolous with our return policy.
Can I get an item shipped overnight?
You can request expedited shipment, but we are likely only to grant such a request for returning customers or large orders. We will send an additional invoice for you to cover the difference if expedited shipment is granted.
I don’t like PayPal can I pay another way?
Our PayPal processing system can process all major credit cards so you don’t have to use PayPal, simply select Pay With Credit or Debit Card at checkout.

Can I have a discount code?
We try to price all products fairly on the website. The website is the cheapest method for purchasing any of our knives. At certain times of year we will issue coupon codes (Black Friday, Christmas, etc). Sign up for the Equestrian Club mailing list to receive special discounts when they are available. You can view active coupon codes here.
Do you have a physical storefront I can visit?
We are sorry, but we do not have a physical location and all of our operating locations are closed to the public.
