How it compares

Trapper vs Mini Trapper: same spirit; Mini is lighter and shorter for dress pockets.

Trapper vs Stockman: Trapper = 2 blades and a simpler profile; Stockman = 3 blades with added versatility but a busier frame.

Trapper vs Toothpick: Toothpick is slimmer, more tapered; Trapper fills the hand for harder use.

Is a Trapper good for EDC?

Yes. The full-size carries well and gives you two useful edge profiles. If you prefer less bulk, choose the Mini Trapper.
