Hand-fired Platts Jig Yellow Bone is the heart of this knife. Platts jigging gives the bone a pronounced texture, and the hand-fired treatment adds depth, warmth, and individual character to the yellow color. Because each pair of covers is fired by hand, no two knives in the run look exactly alike.
