Description
The case wild horse custom barlow knife is a stunning limited-edition build from master knifemaker J. Kidd, owner of Wild Horse Custom Knives. Produced in a run of just 50 knives, each example is signed, numbered, and hand-finished to reflect Kidd’s renowned craftsmanship.
The handles are made from 20,000-year-old Mammoth Bark Fossil, excavated from the Siberian permafrost and polished to a brilliant shine. Each piece of fossil is unique, offering natural character that makes every knife one of a kind. The knife is further elevated by engraved nickel silver bolsters, a detailed fileworked backspring, and fileworked liners, all hallmarks of J. Kidd’s artistry.
This classic Barlow pattern is fitted with two stainless steel blades, ensuring both functionality and durability. At 3 3/8 inches closed, it’s compact enough for pocket carry while maintaining the presence and collectible appeal of a Case Barlow.
Presented new in a Bubinga wood display case with a Certificate of Authenticity, the case wild horse custom barlow knife represents the fusion of Case XX tradition and Wild Horse Custom artistry. For collectors seeking limited-production pieces, this knife is an opportunity to secure a true investment-quality custom.
